Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The parcel must be clearly labelled with your order number.
For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. Please do not return an item without contacting us first.
The customer is responsible for arranging the return of the item. Once the return or exchange has been issued, please provide us with the return tracking number and estimated arrival date.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The delivery fee is consumed by the customer.
For a refund: The delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
For an exchange: You will be charged a second delivery fee.
