HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?Updated 2 months ago

Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging with the order number clearly stated.


Return by mail

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the exchange process with your order number and details about the item/s you wish to exchange. We will discuss and agree the exchange you want.

Please note, due to limited stock, we may not always have the exchange you want. We will try to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability. 

The customer is responsible for the return and you will need to arrange this. We will provide all the necessary details. Once this has been arranged you must provide us with your tracking number and expected date of arrival. 

Feralclo is not responsible for any customs/import fee's from returns, this will need to be paid by the sender. 


Exchange process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, the agreed replacement will be dispatched within 7 days.

Note: An additional shipping fee will be charged for the delivery of the new item/s. 


Non-Exchangeable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
